Move over, Marvel. Chuck is the only Batman you will ever need. And he is definitely our hero. We called him late-night in a panic. He was at our home within an hour and stayed for three. Chuck knew how to handle our hysterics as well as our uninvited guest, a flying mammal that was very good at hiding. I trust him and his business because he is simply the best at what he does and how he does it. Knowledgeable, professional, reassuring, thorough and kind, Chuck takes the sting out of pest control. He is on the job 24/7 and is 100% reliable. If not for the pests, it would be great to see him again soon.

Chuck made himself available constantly. He was very helpful in diagnosing the issues and attempting to mitigate the multiple issues we had and communicating what we needed to do where and when. He was a pleasure to work with.

We had a mouse in our vent/fan above our stove in the middle of the night and called so many pest removal places that claimed to be open 24 hours a day but couldnâ t send us anyone until morning. We found Herpetological and Chuck got in contact with us almost instantly – super respectful, knowledgeable, and nice guy. We told him the situation, he said he had some ideas, and he was at our place within the hour. Not only did he set up traps where we knew the mice were, he took a look around our condo, inside and out, to try to figure out how/where they were getting in and come up with a plan for prevention. Chuck was very responsive after his visit as well and was happy to follow up with us. His prices were also really reasonable. Would recommend his services to anyone!

Chuck is amazing! He’s a conservationist at heart which both my wife and I appreciated. Not only did Chuck come out right away, he solved our issue almost immediately. His attention to detail and thoughtful assessment of our property were second to none. He even returned the same week to check on us. We had a bird’s nest in a vent, and, subsequently, a dead bird in our vent. I thought getting someone to remove it would take weeks; it takes so long for any service these days! Chuck answered us immediately and was at our house within hours. He is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He removed the bird, the old nest, and cleaned the area completely.
